Connections

What: Connections is an opportunity to listen and share moments of joy, humor, frustration, sadness, or just plain old randomness in life with one another. 

How: Connections start once I say, "Connections are open." At that time, anyone who feels compelled to share may share. Once that person finishes we'll wait silently until someone else decides to share. We won't respond with questions or comments, Connections is merely about listening and holding space. They'll end when I say, "Connections are closed."
 

Do I have to Share: While you're not expected to share something, I would love to hear from everyone in an effort to build a meaningful community. Think about how you're engaging.
